Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Part-time (on-site)

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to take initiative, and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our membership services, communication efforts, and benefit administration.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephones, emails and handling correspondence
  • Open and distribute incoming mail
  • Membership processing and updating records
  • Support membership outreach efforts
  • Coordinate scheduling and tracking registration forms for presentations and seminars
  • Assist with researching and securing member benefits
  • Assist the Member Benefit & Services Associate with benefit processing and audit logs as needed

 Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion.
